We manufacture aluminum, magnesium and zinc die castings for export primarily to Europe and North America. We have 25 years of experience in OEM/ODM projects. Prototypes are developed using CAD and Solid Works, with handmade molds constructed for testing prior to actual molding. Finishing a sample like this takes one week to two months, depending on mold complexity. Our monthly output is 2 million units and we have a team of engineers supervising integration of production procedures and secondary machining operations, including CNC machining, turning, drilling, tapping, plating and assembly.
